Our medium beef box is ideal for couples or small families. All the meat is organic, but not labelled as such as our butcher is currently not certified. 
 
It will include about 4.5kg of meat. There will be a variety of cuts for you to make a range of different recipes, including quick weeknight meals, classic Sunday roasts, and nutritious slow-cooked dinners. Typically, the box will include the following cuts, but it may change slightly depending on availability:
 
1 x Topside roasting joint (1-1.5kg)
1 x Pack of two sirloin steaks (500-545g)
1 x Pack of two minute steaks (300-345g)
1 x Pack of diced stewing steak, or shin of beef (500-545g)
1 x Pack of braising steak, or chuck steak (500-545g)
2 x Packs of mince (500g)
2 x Packs of stir-fry strips (250-295g)
