Our smallest beef box is perfect for individuals or couples, or those who want to just sample our nutrient-dense, pasture-fed beef. All the meat is organic, but not labelled as such as our butcher is currently not certified. 
 
It will include about 2.5kg of meat. There will be a variety of cuts for you to make a range of different recipes, including quick weeknight meals and nutritious slow-cooked dinners. Typically, the box will include the following cuts, but it may change slightly depending on availability:
 
1 x Pack of two rump steaks (500-545g)
1 x Pack of two minute steaks (300-345g)
1 x Pack of diced stewing steak, or shin of beef (500-545g)
1 x Pack of braising steak, or chuck steak (500-545g)
1 x Pack of mince (500g)
1 x Pack of stir-fry strips (250-295g)
