Daiquiri Stinger Cocktail

Our nettle sorbet is made from nettles collected from our farm in North Aston.
The nettle flavour in this cocktail is a subtle complement to your preferred gin, but the real champion of this cocktail is an incredible texture with no muddling or shaking effort required. Your guests are bound to be impressed.
For one cocktail:
1/4 lemon
2cl (one shot) gin
Cut a sliver off the lemon to use to decorate your glass. Squeeze the juice of 1/4 lemon into your preferred cocktail glass (photographed: a coupe). Add the gin.
Add the sorbet and gently stir until the sorbet has softened slightly and incorporated the juice & gin. Add your lemon decoration.
