Our lamb rump steaks, also called chump steaks, are cut from the top of the rear leg of the animal. To cook, sear on either side in a hot frying pan before cooking briefly in the oven. Allow to rest before serving. Best served pink.

Our lamb is raised on our farm in North Aston, Oxfordshire. We share our lamb farming duties with our neighbours at Fenemore Farms, who also do the butchering. So much of farming life is improved by good neighbours! Our sheep eat from our pastures all year round.
