A lamb neck fillet comes from a well-exercised muscle, which makes it naturally marbled with fat and connective tissue. This cut is transformed during slow cooking and is perfect for taking on strong flavours: bring on the marinades and curries!

Our lamb is raised on our farm in North Aston, Oxfordshire. We share our lamb farming duties with our neighbours at Fenemore Farms, who also do the butchering. So much of farming life is improved by good neighbours! Our sheep eat from our pastures all year round.
