We put so much care into raising our animals and we believe that, where possible, we should use the whole thing. This is why we offer a range of frozen offal from our pasture-fed cows and sheep.
The tongue comes whole and will therefore vary in size depending on the animal - if you don't see the size you want, you can always email us to see whether we have anything else in our freezers.
