All our beef is pasture-fed right here on the farm in North Aston. It's hung for between 21 and 35 days, then butchered nearby by Mellow Meats.
 
All steaks are vacuum packed and frozen so they keep their exceptional flavour.

All our pack weights vary slightly depending on the mood of the butcher that day, but we'll always make sure the delivered value of your box is at least £100.
