All our boxes currently contain freshly-frozen meat, as we have a bit of surplus and need to sell it before we can afford to butcher any more fresh beef. The box contents listed below provide a rough guide to what you will get in each box, but we reserve the right to alter it slightly when packing to balance our supplies.
