Pre-order your fresh beef selection box for delivery/collection from July 22nd
This beef is a by-product of our micro-dairy as its from one of the calves of our dairy cows. It's been with our beef herd for the last two years growing to size. The cows are raised on grass right here in North Aston, then slaughtered near the farm, ensuring the animals have the best end-of-life experience they can. The meat is hung on the bone for a minimum of 21 days, and then carefully prepared by the expert butchers at Mellow Meats.
Please note that box contents may vary slightly if we have to make some swaps, but we will always make sure you get more than you pay for!
