We put so much care into raising our animals and we believe that, where possible, we should use the whole thing. This is why we offer a range of frozen offal from our pasture-fed cows and sheep.
 
All our beef is raised right here on our organic farm in North Aston, Oxfordshire. Our cows are pasture-fed, which means that they're out in the fields for almost all of the year. We bring them in for a few months over winter to protect our soils: when we do, they are fed hay and silage from our fields. 

Our beef is slaughtered near the farm (ensuring the animals have the best end-of-life experience they can) then carefully prepared by the expert butchers at Mellow Meats.
