Our half leg of lamb (shank - on the bone) is taken from the lower part of the animal's hind leg and is perfect for any special occasion or family dinner. Leaner than other cuts like lamb shoulder, it's kept juicy through cooking by a thin layer of fat.
Our lamb is raised on our farm in North Aston, Oxfordshire. We share our lamb farming duties with our neighbours at Fenemore Farms, who also do the butchering. So much of farming life is improved by good neighbours! Our sheep eat from our pastures all year round.

Comes frozen. Our joints vary in weight depending on the size of the animal and the butcher's mood that day, so what you receive might vary slightly from the advertised weight and price. We try to keep these variations to a minimum!
