This beef is a by-product of our micro-dairy as its from one of the calves of our dairy cows. It's been with our beef herd for the last two years growing to size. The cows are raised on grass right here in North Aston, then slaughtered near the farm, ensuring the animals have the best end-of-life experience they can. 
 
Please note that box contents may vary slightly and we have to make some swaps, but we will always make sure you get more than you pay for!
