Our lamb loin chops are cut from the back of the animal, between the ribs and the leg. Prized as one of the finest cuts of lamb, this unassuming chop has the perfect amount of marbling for a lean yet juicy dish.

Our lamb is raised on our farm in North Aston, Oxfordshire. We share our lamb farming duties with our neighbours at Fenemore Farms, who also do the butchering. So much of farming life is improved by good neighbours! Our sheep eat from our pastures all year round.
