Our lamb mince is delicious in traditional recipes such as shepherd's pie but finds its place just as well in a lamb kofta and other recipes from further afield.

Our lamb is raised on our farm in North Aston, Oxfordshire. We share our lamb farming duties with our neighbours at Fenemore Farms, who also do the butchering. So much of farming life is improved by good neighbours! Our sheep eat from our pastures all year round.
