Our lamb cutlets, or rib chops, are taken from the animal's rib. Their rich marbling brings their unique texture and they are delicious grilled, roasted, or slow-cooked.

Our lamb is raised on our farm in North Aston, Oxfordshire. We share our lamb farming duties with our neighbours at Fenemore Farms, who also do the butchering. So much of farming life is improved by good neighbours! Our sheep eat from our pastures all year round.
